Hosting the Ryder Cup in 2010 has certainly put Wales on the world map. More and more golfers are visiting the country and appreciating the standard of Welsh golf courses available: courses that rival the best that Scotland and Ireland have to offer, but that provide far more value for money. We’re also easy to reach, with good air, rail and ferry links from all major cities. We offer a lot within a small area: you can reach the most Westerly coastline of Anglesey within a 2-hour drive from the English/Wales border (stopping off at several dozen North Wales golf clubs along the way).
