Situated above the University City of Bangor, this golf course boasts glorious views of the Snowdonia mountains and the Menai Straits. Designed by James Braid in 1905, it is a true test of accuracy for experienced golfers. There's a total of six par 3s, but the 13th probably defines the essence of St Deiniol - a short, dog-legged par 4, with its out of bounds over a high wall on the right, gorse on the left, and a quarry standing guard over the green.
